Vintage Ray Ban Bausch & Lomb (B&L) Wayfarer II (2) Sunglasses. Black frames with BL inscribed on the lenses.Those are indeed the original production made in the USA between the 1980’s & 1990’s by Bausch and Lomb, as opposed to the recent ones made in Italy. They are in excellent condition. The frames look surprisingly good for an item manufactured in 1990’s.The lens show no signs of scratch, they are just ready to wear on. These are a pair of used, iconic Aviator Ray-Bans and their hard case with belt loop. They have thin metal frames so may have bent to fit my face but will easily do the same to fit yours.
The glasses have been used so there are a few marks on the frames and some very minor scratches on the lens but still very good condition and lots of life left in them.
The G-15 xlt lenses are made of impact resistant optical quality glass. They provide 100% Ultraviolet (UV) protection, are naturally scratch resistant, and have outstanding stability with virtually no time-related fading or alteration of the tint.
I am selling as now use a motor bike and they don’t work for me under my full face helmet.
