Limited Edition Purple Tortoiseshell Genuine Dolce & Gabbana SunglassesPurchased as a treat for myself when in Australia on holiday, these sunglasses cost AUD $360 which at today’s exchange rate is £243. I have attached a photo of the receipt so that you can see that these were a genuine purchase from Sunglass Hut. I have blanked my name out on the receipt just to keep my details private.I was told when I purchased the sunglasses that they are very limited edition, the Sales Assistant at Sunglass Hut said there were only fifty pairs distributed for all of Australia.The sunglasses are in excellent condition and have barely been worn.I do NOT have the case for the sunglasses, it was too bulky to bring back to the UK in my bag and I did not plan on selling the sunglasses so I didn’t think I needed it, I gave it to a friend. I have rated these sunglasses as a 6 out of 10.The sunglasses are 100% genuine Dolce & Gabbana ‘P947-DG’ sunglasses and the following codes are listed on the inner arms (all photos shown): P947-DG COL.3 116/14 120 & DOLCE & GABBANA MADE IN ITALY CE. The sunglasses are as genuine as it gets.The sunglasses have large ‘Oversized Wrap-Around’ style lenses and the lenses are grey tinted 2 tone lenses and 100% UV. The top of the lens is a darker grey tint with the lenses getting lighter towards the bottom of the lens.DOLCE GABBANA is on the outer arms of the frames in large silver lettering detail (photos shown).DOLCE GABBANA is also inscribed on the upper top of the left hand lens (see photo 10).The sunglasses are extra light but very sturdy and are ultra light to wear and handle.I have listed as classic ‘Oversized Wrap-Around’ styling as this is what I would say they are. These have only been worn a few times which is why they are for sale.The frame is black plastic with the D&G logo imprinted on both legs, the lenses are blue with the D&G logo in the top corner. The lens width is 2 1/2 inches and 1 1/2 inch height.
